Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at lekecase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

2. Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at chenhongfa@oufancloth.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at chenhongfa@oufancloth.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (within 1–2 business days)
  3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Keep your return tracking number for reference

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, lekecase will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same or different model/color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at chenhongfa@oufancloth.com with your order details and the item you'd like instead.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.

7. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition.


8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification
  • Returns initiated without prior approval from lekecase
  • Loss or damage caused by the customer during return shipping
